The hotel's location was also a plus, being in a quiet area but still close to everything we needed. the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive.

The rooms were on the smaller side and lacked proper ventilation, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The bathroom had some maintenance issues, such as loose tiles and a faulty towel tail.

We arrived soaked through from our motorcycle trip and were warmly welcomed at Urban Style. The staff offered us the use of the boiler room to dry our gear, which was incredibly helpful. The room was very clean and fresh, exceeding our expectations in terms of value for money. We were pleasantly surprised compared to other places we had stayed on our trip. We would definitely stay at Urban Style Biarritz Le Relais again and highly recommend it. our experience was fantastic.
